Limits: up to 5 submissions per hour per source; excess requests are rejected. For an optional manuscript, POST multipart/form-data to /.netlify/functions/manuscript-upload on this site, with these same fields plus manuscript (PDF/ZIP, maximum 4 MiB) and language (en/es). Consent is the string true. No download URL is returned. The JSON endpoint remains request-only.
